Leadpoint is a lead exchange. This mean they are facilitating a marketplace between lead buyers and sellers, but do not necessarily generate any of their own leads.

LoanBright is a lead provider or generator. They generally are a marketing company that will directly generate leads and provide them to lead buyers.

Theoretically, LoanBright (I don't think they do) could sell their leads through a lead exchange, like LeadPoint or RootMarkets.

Is that helpful?
