Conrad said it perfectly: "You snooze, you lose."

I've referred listings out to other real estate agents. When calling to find the right one, I most often chose the one that contact me first.

Consistent follow up is vitally important!

I am a real estate agent in Paris, France and many of my customers are foreigners. They want to buy apartments in a very short period of time. Sometimes it is really difficult to get everything settled.

Its indeed a nice story. In our site, we have specific lenders for each state in US. Sometimes situation becomes tougher for us to handle of leads. Some of our customers complain that they are unable to go for the best possible rates while taking mortgage. Since the overall mortgage market has gone down, lenders are competing each other by applying different marketing approach.

Bill,

As the saying goes 'You Snooze You Lose.' Well, in this case it happened quicker than Cindy could of imagined. A similar scenario happened to us recently when a prospect (now a client) called me to ask about advertising opportunities on our industrial supply directory. He had an increased ad budget and wanted to land some exposure quickly. Well, to make a long story short we closed the deal only to find our later the client called one of our competitors earlier in the day who replied by email instead of by telephone. Yes, the good old telephone is still faster than email when it comes to communicating one-on-one.
