Crazy title!

I cater only to real estate investors across the United States by doing a full blown deal analysis on each property.

Owner occupants wouldn’t care about NOI or ROI, but ads with that in it really speak to investors.

You think the title is crazy, you should see the website of the real estate agent featured in the WSJ article.

Yours is a great niche I have not heard a lot about. I bet you are going to be very busy as the foreclosure market starts to serve up some very unfortunate, but lucrative investment opportunities.
