We often get into our sales routine (rut) and forget to make our sales plan/approach fit the market.

Consumers are increasingly educated and tuned into the market via popular media from the Internet to CNN. So, you do a disservice to your sales production if you can’t talk about the sub-prime melt-down or pay-option arms, in simple language, to your customers.
