First, thanks for visiting and reading Better Closer. This has been a great community of smart folks that have cultivated around my thoughts and muses on sales and social media. I count you as one of those–Thank You!

Other than writing Better Closer for the passion of meeting people, I am also hoping to work with some of the best of them. Is that you?

My primary business focus is helping companies socialize their sales and marketing processes. Sometimes overtly and many times covertly.

Here are some of the ways we might work together:

Social Media Monitoring – our client base has aggressively pushed us into this space. Our lead management software simply led them to want more from us and that lead to identifying sales opportunities. This was the original assignment of Eavesdropper, a social media monitoring tool that helps easily acquire conversations from social media and social networks that are relevant to your business objectives.

Competitive Intelligence - was the natural follow-on for Eavesdropper. My former counterintelligence background made me eager to expose how this increasingly open Web could be covertly exploited. Our team can help you create a strategy for monitoring and taking action on a competitive landscape that is increasingly laid open and observable by executives, employees, and customers.

Social Media Strategy - we eat our own dog food here. Social Media marketing has been a cornerstone of Kaleidico’s success and growth. We would love to help you create ideas and campaigns that make sense and bring results in this emerging marketing channel.

Public Speaking - is one of my great passions. Not only do I like to write about these topics I get fired-up talking about what they can do for your business and personal sales results. I would love the opportunity to speak at your conference, event, or sales meeting.
