Often our pipeline deals and past client follow-ups suffer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This the beauty of sales CRM systems with built-in or integrated marketing automation. You can very easily create simple lead nurturing flows that give customer valuable information, keep them informed on their process, and remind you to give them an occasional call to just check-in.</description>

		<description>Customer Follow Up is extremely critical.  My personal opinion is that this function needs to be as automated as possible to ensure you or nobody on your team drops the ball on this.  Everyone gets busy and this always falls to the bottom of the priority scale.</description>
